Block Captains

Greater Farmland Civic Association has 43 block captains in charge of 5-30 houses. Block captains distribute annual directories to GFCA members, welcome new neighbors, serve as a liaison to the association, and may organize block parties. Some are more active than others. We have some blocks with no captain. If you would like to volunteer, please contact Marjorie Raley by email.
