Get Ready for Community Day
Sunday, June 8, 1 to 4 pm
Farmland Elementary School Grounds
This is our big blow-out party-of-the-year!
Catering by District Falafel. Lunch is served! There will be tents, tables, and chairs for socializing, desserts, pony rides, corn hole contest, and a moon bounce. Do you have an activity or game you can to set up for kids or adults? Contact Michele Stein.
Free to paid GFCA member households.
If you have paid 2025 dues, come with your household, grandchildren, and children. This is our biggest event of the year, free to members. If needed, membership and/or household entry, only $35, can be paid at the entrance.
Have an hour or two to spare to volunteer? Student volunteers can help with set up and clean up and receive SSL credit. Adult volunteers are needed to help serve food. Contact Michele Stein
Pick up your free Bucket of Doom mosquito dunk kit and learn about our Pollinator Patch program
We will have a full array of information for your pollinator gardening questions, along with Greater Farmland Pollinator Patch signs for your garden.
Our eco pledge: We will be using compostable cups, flatware, napkins, and tableware. Please look for our Resource Recovery station so that food and compostable servingware can be disposed of separately from any trash-to-incinerator items. Have a picnic basket or "beach pack"? You are encouraged to bring (and carry back home) your own dishes & tableware.
